         Create standard operating procedures

         Form a committee structure:

         Form standing and ad hoc committees

         Plan regular meetings

         Ensure progress and execution of committee decisions

         Coordinate events that support the mission and service the constituency

         Emphasize Total Quality Management as the primary concern for satisfaction of the organization�s constituents and stakeholders:

         Effectively utilize human resources in order to produce quality products, services, and results

         Ensure the organization's leadership receives accurate and well-informed interpretation of information and its impact

         Organize a volunteer policy:

         Determine how volunteers can help achieve organizational goals

         Assess costs and benefits of volunteers

         Develop, or plan for, volunteer participation

         Develop and implement fundraising initiatives

         Develop alliances for funding

         Procure funding

         Execute programs to enhance financial status

         Cultivate individual donors for the organization

         Promote the organization's service reputation

         Support politicians and legislation favoring the mission of the organization

         Report all outside activity affecting the organization to the chief administrator or development officer

         Develop and implement membership-exclusive benefits

         Develop and implement means of participation and partnership in events

         Advise on legal processes:

         Obtaining a trademark

         Development of by-laws

         Elections of Board of Directors and officers

         Incorporation as non-profit organization
